I use a battery powered digital quartz clock with a radioreciever build in.
The reciever is tuned to a station in Germany that transmits timesignals.
Every hour the internal clock calibrated automatically between the 59th
    minute and the full hour.
The signal can be observed all over Europe.
The display shows the time with the seconds, so I can stop my stopwatch very
accurately, after I have made an observation.

What's the best way of getting completely accurate
timings for observations? I have a wristwatch
which I can never rely on (it's usually within a
minute of the right time) and so would like to
have a way of knowing what the exact time is.

    Any suggestions?

    Ta

    Mark
