ISS Solar Arrays Update

    According to Andy Algate, Lead ISS Flight Director for the current mission, 
    with the guidance and navigation computers up and running on Destiny, the 
    solar arrays are now tracking the Sun.
    
    This taken from today's (2.13.2001) briefing via NASA TV.
    
    Am I correct in thinking that with the arrays tracking, the yellow/orange 
    colors reported should be =more= visible with >90º phase angles?
