Found this in the Molczan/McCants file:

    SAC-C 3.0 2.0 0.0 6.0 d 3.1
    1 26619U 00075A 01039.72313987 .00000496 00000-0 12000-3 0 2380
    2 26619 98.2068 109.7856 0001457 60.2961 299.8421 14.57141722 11490
    EO 1 3.0 2.0 0.0 6.0 d 12
    1 26620U 00075B 01039.77277497 .00000000 00000-0 00000+0 0 711
    2 26620 98.2704 113.6612 0020247 36.0325 324.2877 14.59920435 11559

    Shouldn't this be 00075A=EO1 and 00075B=SAC C ?
If EO1 is flying in formation with Landsat 7 then this orbit isn't correct.
