Note: The latest elset shows it running 11 sec early against yesterday's
prediction. I show this decaying in darkness as it passes southbound
over Zambia. Earlier on that orbit, it crosses the USA from Phoenix, AZ,
at 21:17 UTC to Norfolk, VA, at 21:24. After the decay point, it passes
NE-wards across Australia in daylight from the SW point (Cape Leeuwin)
at 22:12 to Townsville, Queensland, at 20:20.
