The purpose of the project is outlined at: http://www.ssc.se/ssd/ssat/odin.html The launch is scheduled for 0848:27 UT on 20 February on a START-1 rocket. The satellite will be controlled from Swedish Space Corporation's ESRANGE ground station in Kiruna in Sweden's far north. The satellite is intended to enter an orbit at 606-630 km altitude and a 98.73 degree inclination.
