Has anyone actually seen the above flare? There was a mag 2 flare predicted by Iridflar for 5:23 GMT, and I think I saw it. There was thin cloud about, but there was certainly something moving from North to South in aproximately the right place at the right time. I know the sat itself is unreliable flare-wise due to it being at a "parking" altitude, so I was interested to know the likelihood of it being what I saw. Lovely pass of Mir this morning - and possibly brighter than the predicted mag of -1.1 until it reached max altitude.
