Hi All,

Mike McCants has pointed out that one of my times for the pass of USA 116
observed on 3 Feb 2001 was 2.0 seconds out - looks like I cant count or ran 
out of fingers.

The correct time should be

22hr 54m 12.29s UT and NOT 22hr 54m 14.29s UT. The position is correct.

My apologies to the orbit analysists....
( another secret - I cant spell ! - this mailer does not have a spell checker)
