Note that, assuming that impact is going to be at 47S, 140W on a descending
pass (which seems to be consistent with most Russian statements and general
good sense),  the reentry ground track over South-central Japan - Marshall
Islands - Tonga  is essentially independent of the actual time and date of
the operation.  "When" may be uncertain modulo some number of revs, but
"where" is pretty well fixed by geometry.
