    For the origin and dimensions of the decaying rocket bodies and satellites, you
    should first go to Alan's Decay Watch page where there is most of the time a
    description of the decaying object that doesn't appear on the reports posted on
    SeeSat-L posted by Alan Pickup. The description correctly stated the rocket as
