1998-024C (#25313) Ariane 44P R/B

SPACECOM'S FINAL REPORT - prepared Feb 1, 19:52 UTC - shows the decay on
                   1 February, 15:16 UTC +/- 22 minutes (04.0°N, 08.6°E)
on a southbound pass over the West coast of Africa.

There is only a minor change in my final analysis against to my preceding
prediction now based on the ELSETs 01032.189... - 01032.598... MPM + REENTRY
delivers:          1 February, 15:10 UTC +/- 09 minutes (05.83°N, 344.18°W)
on the same pass over the Atlantic.
