1998-024C (#25313) Ariane 44P R/B

We are still waiting for SPACECOM'S FINAl REPORT. Their 2 HOURS BEFORE DECAY 
message - prepared Feb 1, 12:50 UTC -  predicted the decay on  
                   1 February, 15:16 UTC +/- 03 hours (04.1°N, 07.7°E)
on a southbound pass near the coast of West Africa.

MPM + REENTRY delivers with the  ELSETs 01032.422... - 01032.598... the decay on
                   1 February, 15:10 UTC +/- 17 minutes (05.83°N, 344.18°E)
on the same pass over the Atlantic.
