I have derived the following orbit using observations by Russell Eberst, Greg
Roberts and Peter Wakelin, from 2001 Jan 24 - 30:

Lacrosse 2      18.0  4.5  0.0  3.6 v
1 21147U 91017A   01030.86854167  .00001062  00000-0  17105-3 0    01
2 21147  67.9974 250.6787 0005237 258.8464 101.2081 14.71388649    02

Mean residuals are less than 0.01 deg.
