Hi Herewith more positional observations secured evening 30 Jan 2001 UT and reported in usual IOD format. As usual my CoSaTrak system was used: 10544 77 112E 0433 F 20010130192222690 27 25 0258870-640414 57 S+058 05 10544 77 112E 0433 F 20010130192539260 27 25 0704380+101629 57 S+074 05 19460 88 078A 0433 F 20010130195607630 27 25 2355940-823673 57 V+065 05 001900 19460 88 078A 0433 F 20010130195942960 27 25 0528280+000091 57 V+034 05 19460 88 078A 0433 F 20010130195959030 27 25 0530850+055656 57 V+040 05 14144 83 056D 0433 F 20010130200421370 27 25 0911020-531761 57 +078 05 14144 83 056D 0433 F 20010130200443970 27 25 0913510-440708 57 +077 05 21147 91 017A 0433 F 20010130201344270 27 25 0211560-815026 57 V+035 05 21147 91 017A 0433 F 20010130201456290 27 25 1621030-784291 57 V+047 05 83056D is on the verge of invisibility in my detection system so position/ time determination was more difficult than usual. Apologies: In yesterdays message I said that it looked like Lacrosse 2 was off in geometry - MY MISTAKE. I had made an error in typing the tracking figures into the file used by CoSaTrak for tracking - I had a time error of 20 seconds in all positions which caused the camera to track with an error of approximately one degree in elevation-hence my thinking geometry was off! More positions still to come. Cheers Greg Cospar #0433 long 18.5129E,lat 33.9406E,alt 10 metres Visit http://canopus.saao.ac.za/~wpk/CoSaTrak/cosatrak.html for info on CoSaTrak. Since I have proved I am NOT perfect, please note that errors can and will almost certainly occur! ----------------------------------------------------------------- Unsubscribe from SeeSat-L by sending a message with 'unsubscribe' in the SUBJECT to SeeSat-L-request@lists.satellite.eu.org http://www2.satellite.eu.org/seesat/seesatindex.html
