The last SpaceCom forecast - prepared Feb 28, 22:03 UTC- shows the decay on
                  02 March, 19:21 UTC +/- 02 days (12.0°N, 196.5°E)
on a northbound pass over the Pacific.
MPM delivers with the ELSETs 00059.899....  - 00060.569.... the decay on
                  02 March, 17:24 UTC +/- 03 hours (20.7°N, 50.1°E)
on a northbound pass over Saudi - Arabia.

1999-058E (#25947) SOYUZ R/B 

The first SpaceCom forecast - prepared Feb 29, 10:28 UTC - shows the decay on
                   04 March, 11:39 UTC +/- 02 days (44.2°N, 0.3°E)
on a northbound pass.
MPM delivers with the ELSETs 00059.931...  00060.609... the decay on
                   04 March, 06:37 UTC +/- 06 hours (25.6°S, 229.2°E)
also on an ascending pass.
