At 02:44:10 26 Feb UTC +/- 2 sec, USA 86 #22251 92083A flared to a magnitude
-1 approx 7 deg above (N) Bellatrix in Orion.

At 03:09:18 +/- 2 sec Cosmos 2367 #26040U 99072A  passed 5 deg below (NW)
Caph in Cassiopeia. Mag 3.5
