We are having technical problems receiving our data, because of this
problem our TLE database will only be updated once a day (Monday through
Friday), and the catalog database will only be updated once a week. (other
features will also be affected). Hopefully this problem will be corrected in a
few days. We are sorry for any inconveniences. 02/24/2000
