That is the most recent one available, but it should still be reasonably
accurate. Sixty days after the epoch, a 25 percent uncertainty in the rate
decay results in a 22 s uncertainty in the time of arrival; a 50 percent
uncertainty results in a 44 s arrival uncertainty.
