Report time 19:00 UTC 1999-049E (25911) SL-04 R/B - Globalstar R/B The new forecast from SpaceCom - prepared Feb 16, 16:37 UTC - confirms the tendency of my preceding prediction: 17 February, 16:33 UTC +/- 15 hours (02.9°S, 192.5°E) on an ascending pass over the Pacific. MPM shows with the last released ELSET - 00047.650... - the decay on 17 February, 16:24 UTC +/- 45 minutes (31.5°S, 167.5°E) on the same ascending pass over the Northern Tasman Sea. This pass coud be very interesting for the US observers if the rocket body survives our prediction times. But let us wait and see....
