I notice Pierre N has been producing elements for OCS
Does this mean that the OIG is not giving them?
Or perhaps Pierre wants to show that the non-professional
analysts can with support maintain elsets of such an object?
It is my personal opinion that tracking such "balloon"
satellites is a better education project in the long
term than Starshine
