    Using Alan Pickup's SatEvo generated elements, it appears that there's 
    a small (of course!) chance that Starshine might possibly decay over 
    the southwestern USA.  I get a prediction for a southbound in-shadow 
    pass to the SW of Austin at 07:41 Feb 18 UTC.  (I get two such passes
    one day earlier.)  Watch this space:
