Using Alan Pickup's SatEvo generated elements, it appears that there's a small (of course!) chance that Starshine might possibly decay over the southwestern USA. I get a prediction for a southbound in-shadow pass to the SW of Austin at 07:41 Feb 18 UTC. (I get two such passes one day earlier.) Watch this space: http://www.wingar.demon.co.uk/satevo/dkwatch/ I didn't get any predictions for here for the decaying Globalstar 33 Rk (25911, 99-49E).
