Despite a low pass (19 deg) from Az 32 deg to 7 deg and a bright moon, i
managed to see Okean-O r #25861 99039B. It's flash period has slowed down
from the last time i saw it, it's flash period now is at 2 sec (mental
count). However the mag ranged from invis to +3 under the poor lighting
conditions.
