Gorizont 17 (19765, 89-04A) is unchanged over the past week.

    TDF 1 (19621, 88-098A) had 2 distinctive flashing periods. When I acquired
it at 03:04 UTC 15 February it was already flashing, probably at 1x. The
flashes faded and were not visible for about 3 flash periods (~96 seconds).
The flashes became visible again at 03:12:56 UTC and quickly went to ~+2.5
mag before gradually fading. I did not observe any double flashes. All obs
were made with a 6" Dob.
