Rainer Kresken mentioned being the possibility of seeing GEOSATs
just prior to shadow entry at certain times of the year.  That was 
around 6 Oct last year.  Assuming similar events happen in the spring
I am guessing around 6 March for 39 deg N.

Is that a good date or did Rainer come up with better predictions?
