1977-015B (#09854) SL-3 R/B  - Cosmos 895 R/B

SpaceCom's fresh update - prepared Feb 12, 11.25 UTC - shows the decay on
                   14 February, 07:07 UTC +/- 01 day (63.8°N, 325.4°E)
on an ascending pass.
MPM delivers with the ELSETs 00042.588...  - 00043.449... and some minor ad-
justments of the ballistic coefficient the decay on
                   14 February, 06:55 UTC +/- 03 hours (15.9°N, 311.0°E)
on the same ascending pass over the Atlantic.
