SpaceCom issued today 2 predictions with a six hours jump forward. The last
forecast - prepared 11 Feb, 16:32 UTC - shows the decay on
                    14 February, 11:18 UTC +/- 02 days (11.1°N, 245.5°E)
MPM delivers with the ELSETs 00042.218... and 00042.588... the decay on
                    14 February, 13:57 UTC +/- 05 hours
