    There are tables giving approximate periods of visibility for some of
    the brighter geoflashers for different locations on my web site;
    http://www.geocities.com/CapeCanaveral/Hangar/1668/geotable.htm

    A quick glimpse suggests Gorizont 17 & Gorizont 24 are visible from your
    location. However there is no guarentee as to how bright the flashes
    will be or if they are visible at all from your site.

    Best wishes & clear skies,

    Jason
