Yes, as all objects begin to hit the atmosphere, in the final month or so 
before burnup, they begin to tumble and more. This is why I said to keep an 
eye out for STARSHINE now! It is to burnup on Feb. 19 or so. (I, however, 
have never seen STARSHINE, and regret it). -Ben 40.5770N, 73.9480W
