    Attempted to observe the Tethered picosats via binoculars, (00:50:00 - 52:00)
    predicted magnitude at 5.1, unable to acquire.  If elset is correct the magnitude
    is probably closer to 7.0 or dimmer. Using:

    Observed 26063,  00004C visible naked eye at approx. 3.0.  Noted two 5.5
    flashes about 90 to 120 secs apart about 4 degrees ahead of and .5 degree
    below the trajectory of 26063 while observing with binocs, continued to observe 
    for three-four more minutes but could not discern additional flashes from this mystery
    object that seemed to be pacing 26063.  (Stopwatch malfunction killed the time notes,
    around 00:52:00- 00:58:00), Using:
