    1999-073B (#26043) SL-06 R/B
    
    With the last released ELSET - 00038.478... MPM shows the decay  on
                  O7 January, 13:52 UTC +/- 22 minutes (29.1°S, 33.7°E)
    on a descending pass SE of the Southafrican Coast. On this reentry trajectory
    the R/B is crossing the North American continent between 13:16 - 13:21 UTC
    from NE to SW.
    BTW: I am still working on a postmortem analysis of the PAM-D decay with the
    large difference between SpaceCom's and Alan's final conclusions.
