    Non-Obs of GPS 2-21 r2 at 23:39 UTC 5 February.

    OCS (26062 at present) was about a + 5 mag for the evening's first pass -
    L->R just below Procyon (100az, 18el) at 23:13 UTC. The second pass [R->L
    in the NW el~45 deg] was visible at 1x - about a +3.5 mag at 00:52 UTC; 6
    February.

    While my scope was pointed at Jupiter (00:46:05 UTC; 6 February) I managed an
    accidental observation of the JAWSAT MINOTAUR R/B. It was about a +7 mag.

    Gorizont 17 was an easy target this evening:
    89- 04 A 00-02-06 02:43:10.3 JDG 817.2 0.3  20 40.86  +4.0->inv
