    Starshine-
    	One magnitude 4.0 flash at 10:23:15.55, RA & DEC (using Skymap 
    generated coordinates for that time), 19 33 32.43  +10 06 29.4
    Elev 15.95 AZ 88.8,  Range 780.9km, Sun Angle -20.7. Short pass 10:22:30
    to 10:24:00, Tried to acquire by scope, unable, (and probably missed a 
    flash as I switched to binocs). Large phase angle.  (this has been posted to the site).
