My latest prediction for this decay is little changed at Feb 6 03:23 UTC
+-10h while the SpaceCom prediction remains much earlier at Feb 5 18:02
+-1d. The published elsets show the recent perigee height swinging
between 125 and 136 km, with the higher values (I think) being more
likely correct.
