86 100 B 2000-02-04 01:03:55 JN 145.0 .2 00 00 3.2->5.5  appeared steady 

Unable to acquire 22702 (93042C) via 4.5" scope in fair conditions, anybody
have an estimated magnitude on this one?  I've checked obs back for only about
a month so far.
