on a northbound pass.
MPM shows with the ELSETs 00032.888... - 00033.194... the decay one rev earlier:
02 February 22:25 UTC +/- 44 minutes (27.1°N, 149.1°E)
also on northbound pass.
Around this time span there are three descending passes over North America.
But let us wait for next 2 ELSETs for a more precise prediction.
