2000-005B (#26068) SL-04 R/B

SpaceCom released a new decay forecast - prepared February 02, 01:19 UTC:
                    02 February, 23:55 UTC +/- 14 hours (37.0°N, 139.2°E)
on a northbound pass.
MPM shows with the ELSETs 00032.888... - 00033.194... the decay one rev earlier:
                    02 February 22:25 UTC +/- 44 minutes (27.1°N, 149.1°E) 
also on northbound pass.
Around this time span there are three descending passes over North America.
But let us wait for next 2 ELSETs for a more precise prediction.
