SpaceCom has issued its FINAL REPORT, prepared February 01, 09:46 UTC :
                 February 01, 09:46 UTC +/- 22 minutes (03.5°S, 46.2°E)
on a descending pass over the Indian Ocean near the coast of Kenya.

MPM shows with last three ELSETS 00032.069... - 00032.373... the decay on
                 February 01, 09:50 UTC +/- 11 minutes (11.5°S, 59.4°E)
on the same pass over the Indian Ocean NE of Madagascar.
(Sorry - no decay for the American Seesaters !)
