I calculated using skymap 6.3 that ISS will transit the moon at around
19:37:17 EST at a location of

44.0000 N
75.5800 W

I won't be able to see it

Skymap has an option which will let you find out what satellites will
transit the moon as seen by your location

Unless I completely mucked it up, ISS will be making a close pass
by the moon tonight, Feb 24. From my location, it will pass about
a quarter of a lunar diameter north of the moon.
So, for observers living north of me, especially around
Cleveland OH and southern Ontario, you might have a transit.
