OIG was slow to issue elsets for this morning's launch of Soyuz TM-29.
The latest for the Soyuz is:
Soyuz TM-29 273 x 212 km
1 25632U 99007A 99051.47996143 -.00394256 11665-4 -30349-3 0 76
2 25632 51.6608 222.4185 0045775 136.5005 223.9635 16.11554021 59

The rocket is decaying quite quickly but OIG has still to post a
SpaceCom decay notice for it...
