1995-013B (23529) Centaur R/B:
OIG (SpaceCom) has released a new prediction - prepared Feb 05, 11:28 UTC:
                   Feb 06, 11:12 UTC +/- 14 hours (17.4S, 195.2E)
This is an approach in the direction of Alans and my own predictions for a later
decay. MPM shows today with the last ELSET - 99036.457... - a decay at
                   Feb 06, 15:58 UTC +/- 04 hours (05.6S. 148.9E)
This on a northbound pass shortly after perigee.

1993-017D (22584) PAM-D:
MPM shows again with the latest ELSET - 99036.296... - a significant earlier
decay as SpaceCom and also Alan predicts:
                  Feb 09, 21:12 UTC +/- 12 hours
Are I input wrong object parameters (Empty mass of of PAM-D: 232 kg, Dimensions
of PAM-D: 1.2 x 2.0 m)?
