Superbird solar panel norma

To all Superbird observers,

Here is a summary of the calculated solar panel pointing normals for this
month so far.  All dates/times are UT; RA/Dec is epoch of date. The phase is
the angle between the sun and the solar panel normal as seen by Superbird A. 
The lower this angle, the greater the theoretical brightness of the
reflection.

Note that these observations are NOT all of the same solar panel. All of Ron
Lee's flashes, and Mike McCants' flashes from 2/17 2:35 are of the same panel.
 The remainder are from the other panel.  More observations are necessary to
determine which panel Rainer observed.  Based on the observations so far, it
appears that the satellite's axis is precessing, adding to the difficulty of
decyphering Superbird's dynamics.  --Rob
