Hello,

on the packet radio net (an amateur radio net) is some discussion about
tle of OSCAR 10. (An amateur radio sat / 83- 58 B)

The latest available set is 96.299x. NORAD said that they have problems
to track these sat. New elsets from NORAD are available not before spring or
summer.

I'm looking for some hints to fit the old elset.
OSCAR 10 has a high elliptical orbit.

Here are the latest elset:

Oscar 10 0.6 0.4 0.2 10.2 d
1 14129U 83058 B 96299.11613815 -.00000305 00000-0 10000-3 0 4631
2 14129 25.8792 182.5891 6052907 60.2572 346.3435 2.05882271 72548

One radio ham reports that he has fit the ndot/2 value to 1e-7 and
radio traffic with the sat is good within 7-9 seconds.

Is there a better way to fit ?

Thanks for infos.

Bye Lutz
