 COSMOS 220 R 1968-040B 277 6.29 +/- 0.05 0.0274 +/- 0.0016

 column 1 : name
 column 2 : international designation
column 3 : number of observations
column 4 : standard magnitude (1000 km, phase 90 deg)
 column 5 : phase coefficient

The standard magnitude of 68-40B is close to mag 6.3 and in good
agreement with Jay Respler's results.

Quicksat uses standard mags with 1000 km/phase 0 deg. For 68-40B this is
6.29 - 0.0274*90 = 3.82, not far from Mike's 4.0 for 76-51B.
