All observation of flashing satellites are appreciated very much.

Preferable you enter them in the above format, called the PPAS format.
[PPAS is the name of our database : Photometric Periods of Artificial

To receive a description of the PPAS format send a message
with Subject: archive get ppas/ppasline.txt
to: SeeSat-L-request@cds.plasma.mpe-garching.mpg.de

When you have made an observation of a flashing satellite, please send
your measurements to : ppas@cds.plasma.mpe-garching.mpg.de

If you have further questions, don't hesitate to ask them.

greetings,

Kurt J
