The Soyuz TM-23 rocket may decay Saturday evening, according to
the decay rate from the only elset I have seen so far. When I
come home tonight, I will check with more, and newer elsets.

The Soyuz orbit above had its close encounter with Mir at
around 11:30 UT today, so I guess they are now closing in,
or have already docked.
