Hi Jay,

For those of us not acquainted with Element Manager, can you be a bit more clear
about what you want the program to do?

For basic filtering of a TLE list, for example on orbit type, orbital altitude,
period, launch year, or eccentricity, I wrote TLExtract last year. See

It does not sort though, it just extracts TLE within the specified parameters
from a list.
