All - Thanks to Allen for pointing that out, it was very interesting. I was stationed at the (old) Clear AFS site and ran an older BMEWS radar, and I was an orbital analyst at what later became the CSpOC. I cannot think of any object that Cobra Dane can track that could not also be tracked by many other sites. Cobra Dane does not have a unique enough frequency or power to allow it to track objects that no one else (Eglin? PAR in North Dakota? many other radars?) can track.
