Thank you for your feedback.

I looked at the Tiangong 2 passes and they are within the Graves Radar beam
but, as pointed out by Russell and confirmed by Heavens-Above.com, not over
my horizon.

Looking through the days logs I found a "potential" third event that looks
very similar in return signature, albeit with a different doppler velocity.

I have put all three observations into a single Google Drive share to make
viewing easier (and not require Facebook).

This further observation was much later in the day at 2018-12-04 19:50 UTC
