Fwd: #05682 captured by chance

In my tentative report to Mike I did not specify the age of the elset
(which I didn't notice at the time)

Checking it now I see that it is very old, and furthermore I detect a flaw
in HeavenSat "Calculation":
My initial ID was by "Stars approaches", but when checking with "Passes"
NOSS 0 (A) #05678 (even older) fits better

On Dec 26 at 16:19:54.6 +- 1s while viewing an Iridium 34 flare with
neighbours I caught NOSS 0 (E) beginning to flare near RA 23:50:10 Dec
-06:47 (not reduced by ObsReduce yet)
Apparantly 39.7+-1 s early.
The end of track, 20 s later is not visible.
