    yes, exactly... that was one of the first places i checked but then i looked 
    elsewhere with no satisfaction...
    i did start to post the other day about a whole block of similar entities but 
    before i was able to, space-track filled them in so i held off... and yes, i 
    know it is the weekend so not much is being done ;)

    and this, too... i was hoping that there might have been some information 
    already available but then i stop and think about those designations being known 
    as NORAD catalog numbers and i have to stop for a minute and consider the aspect 
    of the assigning entity...
    it has been much too long since i operated mainly based on COSPAR numbers so 
    that was not really much of a consideration but i guess maybe i should get more 
    up to date on their assignment authority and where that information can be 
    acquired ;)
