    "UX29E26 = Chang'e 3 booster...this object has been recovered,
    and the current arc is solid enough to say that it passed close by
    the moon around 11:00 UT on December 6.  (*)  Since the Chang'e 3
    mission was supposed to enter orbit about an hour earlier,  I'm
    pretty confident that this object is identified."
