Observations obtained during the morning of December 8, 2013. The goal
was to observe FIA Radar 3 and its rocket. Patches of sky alternated
between clear and then clouds and rain. This made me miss the first
pass at 05:05 UT and the sky was too bright for FIA Radar 3 on the
second pass. I did get the rocket but very few stars were visible so
    astrometry might be suboptimal.
